. What will I do? Deliver high-energy guest programming across age groups and venues. Plan and host activities, manage equipment and safety, drive participation and service recovery with confidence on mic and on deck. Coordinate with Entertainment, Sports, and Youth teams to execute daily schedules to brand standards. . Positions Available:

• Sports Staff — Organize and referee games/tournaments; set up and maintain venues and gear; run safety checks; support specialty activities as certified.

• Youth Staff — Lead age-appropriate activities; ensure safeguarding and controlled check-in/out; maintain a safe, fun environment; communicate with parents/guardians.

• Teens Staff — Curate teen-focused programming and late events; drive participation and social engagement; uphold safeguarding and venue rules.

• Entertainment Hosts — MC trivia, game shows and deck parties; make announcements; manage crowd engagement and pacing; handle basic tech cues.

• Content Managers — Capture and manage onboard media and digital signage assets; coordinate event coverage; ensure brand-compliant content in partnership with the Entertainment team.

. Essential Requirements

• Languages: Fluent spoken and written English required (additional languages are a strong plus).

• Proven experience in event hosting, youth/sports coordination, public speaking, or guest engagement in a resort, cruise, or recreational setting.

• Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills with high energy, adaptability, and strict adherence to safety and safeguarding standards.

• Valid passport and ability to pass standard seafarer medical and visa evaluations.
