DESCRIPTION
Workster is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit a Travel Advisor with Greek for its Katowice-based operations.
Location: Katowice, Poland
Contract type: Fixed-term contract (6 months) with possibility of extension
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with travelers via phone, chat, and email in a professional and customer-oriented manner
- Managing hotel bookings, flight reservations, and car rentals
- Ensuring the confidentiality and protection of customers’ personal data
- Delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining a positive brand image
- Working collaboratively within a dynamic, international team
Requirements:
- Fluent Greek (C1 level or higher), written and spoken
- English at B2 level for internal communication and training
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Availability to work on-site in Katowice
Nice to have:
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
What we offer:
- Salary: 6,500 PLN gross
- Fully paid training program in English (12 weeks, including 4 weeks of practical training)
