Your Role:

- Address and resolve service-related inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain detailed consumer records using our CRM tools.
- Enjoy a fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Handle only incoming communication – no cold calling required.
REQUIREMENTS
Who We're Looking For:
- native HUNGARIAN speaker + English (at least B2 level)
- Strong communication abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Creative, precise, and independent problem solver.
