Are you a Dutch speaker looking for an exciting career opportunity in sunny Thessaloniki? Join an international customer support team working on behalf of a leading global IT antivirus company.
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Representatives to provide excellent support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone and chat.
The Role
Provide professional and friendly customer support in Dutch
Handle customer enquiries via phone and live chat
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
Provide clear information and guidance regarding IT security and antivirus products
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Work as part of an international and supportive team
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
Rotating shifts between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Greece time)
