DESCRIPTION
What you will do:
- Take ownership and action JIRA tickets raised for the Payments Team, supporting the wider Customer Operations teams in serving our Lottohelden players.
- Address and support Lottohelden player queries on deposit / withdrawal and help to overcome potential revenue blocking issues.
- Escalate trending data for discussion with the relevant PSPs and support solutions proposed.
- Review risk rules on an outgoing basis to amend based on Regulatory changes or internal triggers.
- Achieve Productivity and Quality Assurance targets.
- Support Lottohelden project delivery by undertaking user testing of new processes and provide constructive feedback to working groups.
- Raise SARs with the Lottohelden MLRO, identifying individual player suspicion and group trends.
- Follow the team's Standard Operating Procedures, keep up to date with the key changes and ensure you act in line with policy and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Support with updating our team Standard Operating Procedures with changes once approval is received from Compliance and Risk Manager / Team Leader.
REQUIREMENTS
Who you are:
- You are proficient in the German language.
- Have a deep understanding of payment service providers, particularly within the iGaming sector.
- You possess computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.
- You are capable of working independently or remotely when needed.
- Your analytical mind enables you to effectively work with numbers.
- Bring previous experience in identifying fraud triggers within the Gambling sector.
- Understand the intricacies of payment journeys between providers and merchants.
