Our client is the European leader in the payments industry, and we are looking for enthusiasts to strengthen the Nordic Customer Service team in sunny Valencia!
As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:
- Providing solutions for technical and administrational questions by phone, e-mail and chat (B2B)
- Assisting customers with installations and new settings of their terminals
- Troubleshooting reported issues
- Maintaining a good customer relationship
REQUIREMENTS
