Your role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work on projects and be responsible for:

• Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat
• Handling inquiries, requests, and basic troubleshooting
• Providing accurate information and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Maintaining a professional and friendly communication style at all times

• Amazing soft skills since you be helping customers navigating between the worlds best series and movies
• Fluency in Italian
• English language (B2+)
• Looking to relocate to Greece or already local

• 40h/week
• Holidays (weekends) are paid higher (according to the Greek law). All necessary work equipment (telephone, computer etc.) is provided by the employer
