DESCRIPTION
We currently have an opening for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent (English and Spanish) at Alorica Bulgaria.


This is an opportunity to join one of Alorica’s key accounts with very limited seats available in our #CoolCenter team. Selected candidates will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment with excellent benefits and strong career growth opportunities.


Company: Alorica Bulgaria

Location: Sofia office

Working Hours: Fixed shift from 10:00 AM to 19:00 PM.

Days Off: Fixed weekends (Saturday and Sunday).



Core Responsibilities

Resolve customer inquiries via voice, chat, and email with high accuracy.
Manage and de-escalate complex or escalated cases using diplomacy.
Maintain a high level of professional conduct at all times.

REQUIREMENTS
Languages: Fluency in Spanish and intermediate English.
Skills: Detail-oriented, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Location: Ability to work from Our Sofia office.
