To support their rapidly growing 24/7 studio, we are looking for a dedicated Studio Lighting Technician to join their team.

What You’ll Do
  • In this fast-paced and exciting studio environment, you will:
  • Set up, operate, and adjust studio lighting systems to ensure flawless visual output
  • Work in a 24/7 live production environment, maintaining consistency across all shifts
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot lighting issues, working closely with senior technicians
  • Provide daily technical updates to the on-site supervisor
  • Collaborate with audio, video, and technical departments to maintain smooth operations
  • Keep accurate records of lighting configurations and equipment usage
  • Stay informed about the latest technologies and trends in studio lighting

What You Bring
  • Experience in live studio, broadcast, or production environments
  • Solid understanding of lighting systems, controls, and safety standards
  • Ability to read and execute lighting plots
  • Reliability and flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork abilities
  • English proficiency (C1) — both written and spoken, for clear reporting and coordination
