We are currently hiring German-speaking Customer Experience & Sales Agents to join a fast-growing, international team supporting a major player in the cruise and tourism industry. REQUIREMENTS
What we are looking for:
- Native-level German and B2 level English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer service or contact center roles is a plus
- Background in sales, tourism, or travel agencies is an advantage
- Comfortable using digital tools and managing multiple systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must reside in Portugal or be planning to relocate

- Initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension
- Monday to Sunday shift rotation, latest shift ending at 19:00 – no night shifts
