The Role: Swedish speaking Customer Advisor - Hybrid

Salary: €1,690 gross per month (after training including overtime, the monthly salary is approximately €1,850 gross)

Relocation package: Up to €200 reimbursement for flights (paid after probation) and 5 days hotel stay (could be up to 3 weeks if needed).

We have a fantastic new opportunity with our client on the island of Malta for Swedish speakers to join a fantastic international team of Customer Advisors. Their office is based in the centre of the island but there is the option to work from home from anywhere in Malta once you are fully trained up. 

Our client is a fast growing tech-company providing content moderation solutions to online marketplaces around the world.  As a Customer Advisor you will be supporting users with queries via email and chat. You will be also moderating ads and user-profiles with high accuracy. You will make sure that items are placed in the right category, are free from scams, doesn't include any illegal items, and much more.  This is a very busy role in a fast paced environment, which suits someone that wants to make a positive impact on the digital world.

 €1,690 gross per month (after training including overtime, the monthly salary is approximately €1,850 gross).
