Your mission:
- You will be responsible for managing phone contacts with customers.
- Customer support to ensure their long-term loyalty.
- Advising customers on all services and offers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent Italian and English (mandatory)
- Good communication skills
- Contact center environment experience.
- Sales experience
OFFER
- Direct and permanent contract with the client.
