German Speaking Customer Service (Hybrid in Porto)

Commerz Bank is a leading bank with a strong presence in Europe and we are looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Porto. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our German-speaking customers.

A Monthly Gross Salary of € 1.400,00 (€950 basic salary + €450 language bonus)
A Monthly Performance Bonus of up to € 200,00
An extra € 950,00 salary twice a year on top of your normal monthly salary

Workplace: Porto / Hybrid solution
Full-time contract (40 hours a week / Monday to Friday)

What will I be doing?

Provide outstanding customer service via phone to German-speaking customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Identify opportunities to promote our products and services to customers.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What do I need to do this?

EU passport or ID card or Portuguese Manifestation of Interested
German C1 level
Training is in English, so you'll also need to be highly competent in the English language
Have the ability to multitask, as you will be speaking to customers via phone
