This is a rare opportunity to join a stable, international in-house company based in Lisbon, working from one of the city’s most prestigious locations, Avenida da Liberdade. You will support high-end customers of a renowned European brand, delivering personalized concierge services to an exclusive clientele while being fully integrated into the company’s internal teams and culture.

The Role:
As a German Speaking Concierge, you will act as a trusted point of contact for VIP clients, offering tailored assistance and high-quality support across a wide range of requests.
- Handling inbound VIP client requests via phone, email, and chat in both German and English
- Organizing tailor-made travel arrangements, leisure activities, and exclusive reservations
- Advising clients on luxury restaurants, events, shopping, and cultural experiences
- Managing urgent, sensitive, or complex cases with discretion, efficiency, and professionalism
- Ensuring a consistently high standard of personalized service from initial request through to final resolution
What you bring to the role:
- Native or near-native level of German and strong English skills
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, tourism, or luxury service environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- A calm, reliable, and solution-oriented approach, even in high-pressure or high-expectation situations
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a high level of attention to detail
