We are a BPO and Contact Center company specialized in omnichannel customer management. We help leading brands to improve their Customer Service Experience with our focus on innovation and qualified, dynamic and multicultural teams.
We need to build a strong and professional team to help us grow in Portugal, in the Customer Support area for an international fashion brand.

What is this role about?
- Support our activities offering the best quality service to our costumers;
- Administrative tasks associated with the service;
- Order incidents resolution;
- Assistance for customer inquiries and incidents during the purchasing process;
- If you are a natural talent when it comes to helping people and to think on your feet will get you far in your journey with us. You are customer-oriented and can adapt to different environments. It is important that you are able to multitask, work with minimum supervision, and manage time effectively. Don’t worry - we offer all the help to learn and improve these skills.
REQUIREMENTS
We’ll be a great match if you:
- Are native in Hungarian (C2);
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Computer knowledge from a user's perspective;
- Nice to have experience in face-to-face customer service and or customer support in a contact;
- Have dynamism, motivation for this customer service project and the habit of buying online in the fashion area.
