Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisors – Remote (Based Anywhere in Portugal)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
We are currently recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors for a leading international call centre based in Lisbon. In this role, you will support one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the Netherlands, a market leader in the online sale of books, entertainment products, electronic devices, and toys.
The platform offers access to over 6 million products, including new and second-hand Dutch and international books, music, DVDs, games, notebooks, software, mobile phones, televisions, e-readers with thousands of e-books, and a photo album service.
Overview
Working as part of a customer support team, you will help ensure a professional and friendly customer service experience through phone and email communication.
Daily Responsibilities
Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, providing clear answers and practical solutions
Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns
Act as a point of contact for external sellers
Provide information about digital products and services
Escalate and redirect more complex issues to the appropriate departments when required
Working Hours
40 hours per week
8 hours per day, plus a 1-hour lunch break
Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 23:00
Compensation
You can choose between two salary options:
Option 1
€1,109 gross per month
Free accommodation (private room in a shared company apartment)
Option 2
€1,434 gross per month
No accommodation included
REQUIREMENTS
Native Level Dutch, good English.
Most reside in Portugal.
