Your responsibilities:
  • Provide B2B customer support for Singapore Airlines in German & English
  • Assist with reservations, ticketing, and after-sales support
  • Communicate via phone, email & chat in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Ensure top service standards for one of the world’s most prestigious airline brands

Requirements:
  • Fluent German (C1+)
  • Good English (B2+)
  • EU passport or valid EU work permit
  • Strong communication skills & customer-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
