Your responsibilities:
- Provide B2B customer support for Singapore Airlines in German & English
- Assist with reservations, ticketing, and after-sales support
- Communicate via phone, email & chat in a professional and empathetic manner
- Ensure top service standards for one of the world’s most prestigious airline brands
Requirements:
- Fluent German (C1+)
- Good English (B2+)
- EU passport or valid EU work permit
- Strong communication skills & customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
