Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers via calls, emails, and chats
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers to effective solutions
• Act as a brand ambassador, staying informed about product updates and troubleshooting techniques
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when needed

Requirements:

• Near-native level in French
• Good communication skills in English (B2+ level)
• Exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
• Computer knowledge and tech savviness
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changes, and work independently and as a team member
• Prior customer support experience is an advantage
