Responsibilities
-Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, chat, and email in Dutch.
-Provide support to users of the trading platform, including account setup, verification, deposits/withdrawals, and trading features.
-Assist customers with technical issues related to the platform, including login problems, transaction delays, and security concerns.
-Educate users on platform functionalities, crypto transactions, and best practices for account security.
-Investigate and resolve issues by collaborating with internal teams (technical, compliance, payments).
-Log all cases in the ticketing system and ensure accurate documentation.
-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
-Native-level Dutch (C2) and good English skills
-Interest or experience in cryptocurrencies, trading, or fintech
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical queries
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
-Must have an EU passport or valid residence permit
