For one of our clients – one of the biggest providers of digital solutions, AI automation, and
customer experience services, helping global brands deliver top digital experiences in fintech,
high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for
– Trust Analyst with Dutch (Welcome Bonus/Relocation to Sofia)
Key Responsibilities:
*Monitor and analyze platform activities to detect fraudulent behavior, policy violations, and
emerging threats;
*Investigate and respond to trust and safety incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution;
*Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to enhance platform security;
*Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and legal teams to refine safety policies and
enforcement mechanisms;
*Assist in content moderation and enforcement of community guidelines;
*Stay up to date with industry trends and evolving online threats to improve safety protocols;
*Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and risk assessment.
Requirements:
*Fluency in Dutch with strong proficiency in English;
*Bachelor's degree in a related field as a data analysis or similar, or relevant work experience is a plus;
*Experience in trust and safety, fraud prevention, content moderation, or similar areas - an
additional advantage;
*Strong analytical skills to identify and understand suspicious activity;
*Familiar with online platforms, good at problem-solving and communication;
*Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks;
*Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing high volumes of information.
