Your main tasks will be:

•  Telephone and e-mail service for Hungarian speaking individual clients
•  Presenting Beliani products to our clients
• Chat service
• Managing the timely execution of orders and return shipments
• Handling customer service inquiries pre- and post-sale via phone, e-mail, and chat
• Reporting to the Country Team Leader

What we expected from you:

• Fluency in Hungarian (min. C1 level)
• Communicative level of English (min. B1 level)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good cultural knowledge of a specific market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Cloud Suite
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and be a problem solver
• Nice to have: Fluency in any other languages
