Hebrew-Speaking Content Moderator – Lisbon, Portugal

We are looking for fluent Hebrew speakers who are ready to take on an exciting opportunity in Lisbon, Portugal.

Your Role
As a Hebrew-Speaking Content Moderator, you will help maintain a safe and positive online community by reviewing social media content and ensuring it complies with platform guidelines.
You will be assigned to one of more than 20 specialist departments during your initial training.
Your Responsibilities
Review videos and other social media content to identify potential violations of community guidelines.
Moderate audio, comments, links, user profiles, underage-related content and suggested content.
Apply relevant policies and label content appropriately.
Help protect users, particularly younger audiences, from harmful or inappropriate material.
Contribute to the safety, integrity and overall user experience of the platform.
Important: This role may involve exposure to sensitive material, including vulgar language, violence, pornography and misinformation.
Working Hours
40 hours per week.
8 working hours per day, plus a 1-hour lunch break.
Rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
24/7 operational coverage, Monday to Sunday.
Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the project.
Requirements
Fluent Hebrew language skills.
Good understanding of social media platforms and online community guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and sound judgement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Work permission for Portugal already in place.
