Join our team as a Customer Support Representative with Hungarian!︀︋︇️︄︊︉︋ ︂︆︄︄ ︁︁︎︌ ︈︂︇︍ ︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎
You will work for our new client, a global provider of innovative e-mobility solutions, supporting car manufacturers, fleet managers, and electric vehicle users that, through advanced platforms and services, enables access to one of the largest charging networks in Europe and contributes to the transition toward sustainable mobility.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers via inbound channels (voice and email), with a focus on handling billing, account-related inquiries, and other customer service topics to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Your profile:
Advanced (C1) level of Hungarian
Medium (B2) level of English is mandatory
Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, in shifts between 9:00 and 21:00, in a hybrid work setup based in our Bucharest office
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Good PC skills, including MS Office package
Previous experience in customer service is preferred
Experience in contract/account management is a plus
Experience with billing, invoicing, or payment processes is an advantage
Proactive mindset and customer-oriented approach
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
