Role: Icelandic Travel Advisor

Salary: €22.249 gross/year

Schedule: Full Time (38.5 hours/week),  between Monday to Sunday rotational shift: 09:00 - 20:00h 

Relocation package: 1 month of accommodation + flight ticket to Barcelona

As an essential part of an international customer service team for a prestigious travel company, you will be responsible for understanding and identifying customer needs. Your role will involve listening, responding, and mediating between our global travelers and accommodation suppliers from around the world, consistently ensuring a high level of customer service. You will clarify inquiries about services, payments, and technical requirements, provide accurate information, and follow established processes through both email and phone communication.
