DESCRIPTION
Location: Athens, Greece
Role: Italian speaking B2B Sales Representative
Salary package:
Basic Salary: €1,150 gross per month x 14 salaries per year
Fixed Project Bonus: €150 gross per month
Performance Bonus: Up to €250 gross per month
Working Hrs: 0 hrs per week rotational between Monday–Friday, 06.00 to 20.00
Relocation package: flight reimbursement plus 4 weeks accommodation plus assistance in finding long term accommodation in Athens
Our client is an international customer experience and technology company supporting some of the world’s leading global brands. For their growing team in Athens, they are looking for an experienced sales professional to join a digital advertising project. This is a proactive outbound sales role, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, approaching businesses and creating sales opportunities.
The Role
As a B2B Sales Representative, you will work with business advertisers, helping them identify opportunities to grow through digital advertising. Some customers may already be using advertising solutions but not getting the most from them, while others may not initially recognise a clear need. Your job will be to start the conversation, understand their business and identify opportunities where the right advertising solution could help.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Making proactive outbound calls to business customers and advertisers
- Cold calling and generating new sales opportunities
- Re-engaging dormant or underdeveloped accounts
- Using a consultative approach rather than simply delivering a sales pitch
- Recommending suitable digital advertising solutions
- Handling objections and overcoming initial resistance
- Building strong relationships with business customers
- Following up on leads and opportunities throughout the sales process
- Managing your sales pipeline and customer activity through CRM systems
- Working towards individual sales, conversion and revenue targets
- Keeping up to date with digital advertising products and market developments
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset who enjoys proactive sales and is comfortable working towards targets.
You will need:
- Fluent Italian and English
- Minimum 12 months' proven sales experience
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, B2B sales, business development, account management or a similar commercial role
- Confidence making outbound calls and approaching potential customers
- Experience with cold calling or proactive prospecting
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- A consultative approach to sales and the ability to uncover customer needs
- Confidence handling objections and rejection
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- A target-driven and results-focused approach
