What will you do?:
Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests
Receive, log, and manage support tickets via phone and email
Provide first-line remote support for end-user devices, networks, applications, and peripherals
Prioritize incidents and requests based on business impact and urgency
Take ownership of user issues and provide timely updates throughout the resolution process
Deliver excellent customer service while following IT service management principles
Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles
Candidate profile:
Fluent in Finnish, Estonian, and English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Previous IT support experience is an advantage, particularly with password resets, software installation, and user management
Basic understanding of computers, networks, software, mobile devices, and cloud technologies
Strong sense of responsibility and critical thinking skills
