French-Speaking Customer Service Specialist
Location: Thessaloniki, Greece
Salary: €1,100 gross per month, paid 14 times per year (€15,400 gross annually)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused French-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece.
In this role, you will provide high-quality technical customer support to French- and English-speaking customers through phone, live chat, and email. You will help resolve technical issues, answer customer enquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting established performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional technical customer support via phone, live chat, and email.
• Assist customers in French and English, identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Troubleshoot problems and guide customers through appropriate solutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Meet individual and team performance targets and service-level objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex enquiries and improve support processes.
• Share customer feedback and contribute to team development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Skills and Qualifications
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of technical support or help desk processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• A customer-focused approach with a professional and positive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and work effectively in a team.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience
• Previous experience in technical customer support, customer service, or help desk operations is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and delivering effective solutions.
• Ability to work in a performance-driven customer support environment.
Compensation
• Gross monthly salary: €1,100
• Annual salary: €15,400 gross, based on 14 salary payments per year.
