DESCRIPTION
As a German Speaking Sales Agent you will be responsible for making outbound calls to assist players using the site for activity increase, retention and reactivation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Making daily outbound calls and follow ups.
Assisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying our products.
Promoting our site, products, campaigns and overall entertainment offering.
Working with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood.
Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP and Customer Support.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
An energetic passion for customer service and speaking directly with customers.
A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting our sites, products and promotions.
A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis.
Native German and Fluent English.
An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry.
Target oriented and driven by achieving goals.
