• Casino Supervisor — Lead floor operations and staff scheduling; oversee fills/credits, drop/count, incident logs, and compliance audits; handle VIPs and service recovery.

• Dealer-A — Deal table games (eg, blackjack, roulette) with accuracy and pace; enforce procedures, handle payouts, monitor game protection, provide guest interaction, and upsell when applicable.

• Slot Technician — Maintain, diagnose, and repair slot machines/EGMs; perform software updates, test peripherals, log interventions, and coordinate with cage and IT for resets and reconciliations.

• Cashier (Cage) — Execute chip/cash exchanges, balance drawers, reconcile end-of-shift, maintain AML/KYC records, and support fills/credits and jackpot payouts.

• Languages: Fluent spoken and written English required (additional languages ​​are a strong plus).
