Answer incoming communications from customers and accommodation partners via phone, chat, and email

Research information and provide accurate solutions to customer queries

Act as a first point of contact for accommodation partners, assisting with questions related to:

Room modifications

Rates and availability

Reservations

Online/extranet tools

General account and booking-related queries

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using the appropriate tools and processes

Ensure a high level of service and create a positive customer and partner experience

Follow established procedures and continuously develop your product and service knowledge

You'll be part of an international team focused on delivering excellent customer experiences while achieving shared business goals.

* Fluent Slovak (or Czech) C1 and English B2+

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Customer-focused and supportive attitude

* Comfortable using computers and different digital tools

* Ability to work independently and as part of an international team

* For remote work: reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home working environment

* Already living in Greece or willing to relocate to Greece and obtain the necessary work authorization
