As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in:
- Initiating contact with businesses in the hospitality industry through outbound calls.
- Introducing our client's products and services.
- Persuading decision-makers to sign up for our offerings.
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
- Exceeding monthly lead targets.
Operating hours: Monday - Friday 12:00 - 20:00 CET
PLEASE NOTE: This is a freelance, contract-based role and not a standard employment position. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work as independent contractors.
REQUIREMENTS
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Proficient Portuguese language knowledge and fluency in English.
- Previous experience in the call center or BPO industry.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A motivated team player mindset.
- Previous sales experience to seal the deal.
- Hotel industry experience is an advantage.
