Join the customer support team of a French boutique airline offering an exclusive, 100% business-class experience on transatlantic routes. The airline operates modern aircraft and combines lie-flat seats, refined onboard dining and personalised service to offer travellers a premium alternative to traditional business-class travel.
From Lisbon, you will assist German-speaking private and business customers throughout their journey, ensuring every interaction meets the standards expected from a luxury travel brand.
Your Responsibilities
- Support B2C and B2B customers by phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat.
- Assist passengers with new flight bookings.
- Modify existing reservations according to customer requests.
- Provide support with flight cancellations and related enquiries.
- Handle questions concerning lost property and delayed or missing luggage.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in every interaction.
- Resolve enquiries efficiently while paying close attention to detail.
- Deliver personalised service aligned with the standards of a premium airline.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have an excellent command of German.
- You have previous customer service experience.
- You are comfortable assisting customers by phone and through digital channels.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You demonstrate a strong service mindset and a genuine interest in helping customers.
- You are professional, organised and attentive to detail.
- You remain calm and solution-oriented when handling travel-related issues.
- You are available to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- You are willing to live and work in Lisbon, Portugal.
OFFER
- Up to €1,574.67 gross per month, or a total package worth up to €1,402.50 per month with company accommodation included.
- €7 meal allowance per working day, paid through a meal card.
- Performance-based productivity bonus, with an expected average of €100 per month.
- Portuguese holiday and Christmas allowances, paid in monthly instalments.
- Private health insurance from the beginning of the employment contract, subject to having the required Portuguese identification and Social Security numbers.
- 22 days of annual leave according to Portuguese employment law.
- Paid training upon successful completion.
