Our client is a rapidly growing technology company specializing in advanced search solutions for e-commerce. Established over a decade ago, they assist online retailers worldwide in increasing their sales through high-performance technology. The Role They are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to drive business growth. You will be part of an experienced international team, responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals with new clients in the Dutch market.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Strategy: Identify potential clients within designated markets and conduct research to understand their business challenges. Client Acquisition: Execute strategies to acquire new clients, collaborating with Sales Specialists to convert leads into opportunities. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire process from initial outreach (calls/emails) to negotiation and closing. Revenue Generation: Present tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and meet or exceed defined sales targets and KPIs. Pipeline Management: Monitor sales pipelines via CRM to provide accurate forecasting.
Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, specifically targeting SMBs. Track Record: Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and consistently hit quotas and conversion targets. Tech Stack: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation software. Skills: Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a consultative approach. Languages: Native Dutch and fluent in English. Legal: Valid EU work permit is mandatory.
Desirable (Nice to have)
Experience within the SaaS industry (e-commerce, search, or digital marketing). Background in fast-growing startups or high-growth environments. Familiarity with inbound sales methodologies.
