What will you do?

• Supervise daily operations of a call center team, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and performance standards
• Coach and support team members to achieve individual and team goals
• Monitor performance, implement improvement plans, and take corrective actions when necessary
• Handle escalated customer calls and provide subject matter expertise
• Conduct regular team meetings and facilitate effective communication
• Stay updated on internal processes, policies, and procedures
• Promote company values and create a motivating team environment

Candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Team Leader
• Previous experience in a BPO environment is an advantage
• Fluency in Danish (C2) and English (B2 or higher)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, Monday–Sunday, between 7:00 am and 8:30 pm, from the Warsaw office
