Job Description:

Technical Support Advisor

As a Technical Support Advisor, your primary responsibility is to address customer issues with empathy and efficiency, working collaboratively within your team. Fluency in both your native language and English is essential. Your duties will involve handling and responding to end-users' inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. You'll be tasked with maintaining strong customer relationships by promptly and professionally addressing their questions and concerns, while also performing data entry and utilizing software programs.

Job Requirements:

Native or fluent proficiency in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
Politeness, courtesy, and strong interpersonal skills.
Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
