Your Role – Technical Support
* Assist users via phone, email, and chat with technical-related inquiries
* Troubleshoot issues related to streaming, account access, devices, and platform navigation
* Provide clear step-by-step guidance and effective solutions
* Escalate complex technical cases when necessary
* Ensure a smooth and positive user experience
* Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS
* Fluent in Italian
* English B2 level
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer-oriented mindset
* Comfortable working with digital platforms and basic troubleshooting
* Willingness to relocate to Greece or already based there
* EU passport

* Salary: €1,045 + performance bonus up to 300 EUR
