Recruitment Consultant – Italian Speaker | Prague (Onsite)
DESCRIPTION
Join our international team in Prague as a Recruitment Consultant and help connect top talent with leading companies across the Italian market.
In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and play a key role in growing our business. This is a dynamic position that combines recruitment, sales, and business development, offering excellent career progression and uncapped earning potential.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to successful placement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop client partnerships.
- Source, interview, and assess candidates for a variety of positions.
- Provide professional career advice to candidates and hiring solutions to clients.
- Negotiate offers and guide both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build a strong talent pipeline within your specialist market.
- Achieve individual and team performance goals while developing your career.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent Italian and a good level of English
- Willingness to relocate to Prague and work 100% onsite
- Experience in sales, retail assistance, business development
- Has a sales mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, ambitious, and target-driven mindset
- Motivation to grow your career with uncapped commission
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and clients over the phone
