Airbnb has chosen Teleperformance Spain to manage its new Homes Supply (EMEA) program, launching in 2026. This is a strategic win for TP: a global brand, a scalable sales-driven model, and strong long-term growth potential. The program focuses on:
● Host Acquisition: Recruiting new professional hosts across key EMEA markets through proactive outreach and onboarding.
● Account Management: Optimizing existing host portfolios to improve listing quality, increase availability, and drive retention.
● Supply Growth: Directly contributing to inventory expansion and revenue growth within the Airbnb ecosystem.

As Team Leader, you will lead the commercial engine of one of TP’s most strategic new programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the full sales cycle across multiple EMEA markets.
- Driving outbound pipeline generation and ensuring consistent host acquisition performance.
- Leading high-quality consultative engagements with professional property managers.
- Collaborating with Airbnb’s Growth and Marketplace teams to refine targeting strategies and optimize outreach cadences.
- Building and scaling a high-performing multilingual sales team from the ground up.
- Leveraging data-driven insights to improve acquisition workflows and performance.
