  • Handle calls from customers who have ordered or bought product/s
  • Offer support on queries regarding product availability
  • Assist with click and collect orders
  • Ensures timely and efficient resolution of customers’ inquiries

REQUIREMENTS
  • Native in Dutch with fluent English (B2)
  • Strong focus on customer needs
  • Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and active listening skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
