As a German Travel Experience Consultant at Airbnb, you will:

Engage with customers by providing friendly and efficient service
Handle complaints and inquiries with professionalism, ensuring all issues are resolved or escalated appropriately
Use your bilingual skills to communicate effectively across multiple platforms (phone, chat, and messaging)
Maintain data security and ensure compliance with Airbnb’s policies

REQUIREMENTS

Fluency in German and a good command of English
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (especially in call centers) is a plus!
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
Technical proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple communication channels
