For one of our clients – а company specializing in customer experience technology that

delivers outsourced sales, support, and business process services to large businesses, we are

looking for – Backoffice Support Coordinator with German and English.

Responsibilities:

*Provide friendly and professional written support in German and English;

*Handle escalated cases with care, offering clear and timely solutions;

*Investigate technical or account-related issues and resolve them efficiently;

*Keep accurate, detailed records of all actions and communication;

*Share feedback and ideas to improve support tools and workflows.

Qualifications:

*Experience in customer service, back office, or escalation support is a plus;

*Fluency in German and English (C1 level) – both written and spoken;

*Analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality;

*Comfortable working with different platforms and digital tools;

*Reliable, self-driven, and a great team player.

Our client offers:

*Standard working time, 40 hours/week; 30-day probation period and an unfixed-term

contract;

*Attractive and competitive remuneration package;
