Foundever is hiring Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Agents to join the baggage services team of a leading international airline.
This is a stable project offering multiple shift options, structured onboarding and real opportunities for contract extension within an international work environment in southern Spain.
Your responsibilities
• Provide phone-based customer support in Portuguese
• Manage and follow up on baggage-related incidents
• Accurately register customer information in internal systems
• Represent a major airline while ensuring a high-quality customer experience
What we offer
• Initial 4-month temporary contract, with strong possibilities of continuation
• Full-time position: 38 hours per week
• Salary: €1,593.39 gross per month (language bonus included)
• Night shift bonus: €1.96 per hour between 22:00 and 00:00
• Onsite position in Seville (Los Remedios)
- Option to work remotely 2 weeks per month after the adaptation period
• Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with alternating weekends off
• Fully paid and structured training (24 days)
• Start date: 29 June 2026
Requirements
• Portuguese and Spanish at C1 level or higher
• Confident use of IT tools
• Residence in Seville or willingness to relocate
• Interest in customer service and the airline sector
• No previous experience required
