About the role
In charge of collections activity for the relevant portfolio supported by the team to ensure trade debtor balances are tightly controlled and compliant to the Downstream Credit Policy. This includes regular contact with internal / external partners in order to reach yearly goals / targets
In this role You will
Operations
- Adhering with the tasks outlined in the EMS/QMS Systems of FBT
- Allocation of incoming payments including Direct Debit allocation
- Monitoring of open items/overdue
- Support preparation of documents and adjustments for monthly, quarterly and year-end close
- Dealing with returned funds, deductions and other differences
- Preparation of ERP reports
- Supervise / verify modified master data
- Query handling and monitoring
- Coordinate with Credit analysts the block / unblock actions to be taken with the customers
