- Be the friendly voice (and keyboard) assisting customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide top-tier technical support for a global streaming platform
- Solve contract and billing questions with speed and precision
- Handle complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a touch of magic
- Support both B2B and B2C clients—first and second-line inbound calls
- Make outbound calls for admin tasks like feedback collection and payment reminders
EXIGENCES
What You Bring to the Table
- Danish at B2+/C1 level (spoken & written)
- English at B2 level
- Solid tech skills—MS Office, browsers, and general computer know-how
- Positive vibes and a love for connecting with people
- A natural flair for soft selling and upselling
