As an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and empathetic support through phone, email, and chat. You will help customers resolve a wide range of banking-related queries while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
What You'll Do
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution
Take ownership of customer cases from start to finish
Handle complex enquiries while providing fair and appropriate solutions
Support fraud investigations, disputes, chargebacks, and complaints
Identify and appropriately support vulnerable customers
Follow established processes, policies, and risk procedures
Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
Work collaboratively with colleagues and share knowledge
Support and coach team members when required
Adapt quickly to changing customer and business needs
Learn and use new systems, tools, and processes effectively
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
Is fluent in Italian and has good English communication skills
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates empathy, patience, and a customer-focused approach
Is confident handling difficult or complex customer situations
Can make sound decisions while following policies and procedures
Is resilient, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Has strong attention to detail and a risk-aware mindset
Works well as part of a multicultural team
Is adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processes
Has experience with Slack, Google Workspace (G Suite), or similar tools
