- About the role:
Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
Help customers find the right products and services, proactively assisting both online and offline
Deliver service with a smile and embody our core value: “Think like a customer”
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or near-native English-speaking (spoken and written)
- Working permit for in Spain or EU Passport
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or other customer-facing roles
- A super friendly, solution-oriented attitude and genuine love for helping people
- Dynamic, flexible, team player with creative problem-solving skills
- Currently based in Valencia (or with immediate relocation), must have NIE number in place
OFFER
- Salary between: €1700 - €1850,- gross/month
