Your day to day:
- Each day as an Online Croupier is dynamic, fun, and full of interaction. Here’s what you can expect:
- Hosting live casino games through the camera in English, engaging viewers across Europe.
- Interacting with players via chat in Dutch and English, answering questions and keeping the mood upbeat.
- Making sure games are fair, smooth, and follow all procedures.
- Working a 4/2 shift rotation with changing shift times — mornings, afternoons, and nights.
- Joining a diverse international team with great energy and collaboration.
- Participating in team-building activities, workshops, and skill development sessions.
- Living and working in Madrid, one of Europe’s most exciting cities with endless things to explore on your days off.
REQUIREMENTS
- You are fluent in Dutch or Flemish (spoken & written)
- Good command of English (spoken)
- Available to relocate to Madrid and commit for at least 6 months Willing to work flexible, rotating shifts (24/7 environment)
- You have a proactive attitude and great customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable under pressure
- You hold a valid EU passport or national ID card
- Your Responsibilities
- Host live casino games (like blackjack and roulette) in front of the camera
- Run game sessions, ensure fair play and player engagement
- Interact with players via live chat to create an exciting experience
- Participate in live promotions, media events, and photoshoots
- Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and charisma
OFFER
- Salary of €1,850 gross/month plus bonuses up to €250
- Relocation package of €1,500 with flight booked and paid
- Up to 26 days of shared accommodation to help you settle in
