Do you want to work in the travel industry and build a career in customer service? Our client is looking for Danish-speaking Customer Service Representatives in Amsterdam!
Join our client’s team as a Customer Service Representative, assisting passengers with travel-related inquiries while delivering outstanding service. Enjoy a paid training program, hybrid working conditions, and excellent development opportunities in an international environment.
What will you do?
Assist passengers via phone with questions about bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades, and loyalty programs
Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer inquiries
Handle special requests and complex cases with a solution-oriented mindset
Use reservation and CRM systems to manage customer interactions
Deliver excellent service and exceed customer expectations
Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Continuously develop product knowledge through training and cross-skilling
Candidate profile
Minimum MBO level 4 or equivalent working and thinking level
Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred
Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with complex computer systems
Team player with an international mindset
Flexible, service-oriented, and proactive attitude

Paid full-time training (8 weeks)
Seven-month contract with long-term opportunities
25 vacation days (full-time basis)
