• Be responsible for following the direction of the management and providing feedback

Your qualifications:

• You speak and write Spanish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
• Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must.
• You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
• You have a desire to learn and advance, and be a problem solver. 
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills and active listening. You have good interpersonal relationship building skills.
