Junior IT Support Associate – German speaker
Work location: Budapest, Hungary
Work model: Hybrid
Do you speak German on a high level (C1/C2) and enjoy helping people?
Would you like to start a career in IT — even if you don’t have an IT background yet?
Join our multilingual IT Support team in Budapest and provide high-level customer support for our market leader pharma clients.
Your German skills are the key — and we’ll teach you the technical part with structured training and daily support from experienced colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact (Level 1 support) for German-speaking end users
- Handle requests via phone, email and ticketing tools
- Solve typical IT issues (password resets, access, basic troubleshooting, guidance)
- Document cases accurately and log tickets with clear notes
- Escalate more complex issues to Level 2 teams when needed
- Own your tickets end-to-end: keep users updated until resolution
- Contribute to high customer satisfaction through friendly, professional communication
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for you, if you:
- Speak German at a high level (C1/C2) and can communicate confidently
- Have English at least upper-intermediate level
- Enjoy helping others and communicating with different people
- Are open to working in shifts (8-hour shifts, rotating schedule)
- Are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with basic admin/documentation
- Have a High School diploma
