Role: Dutch speaking Customer Advisor
Location: Paris, France
Salary: between 1600-1700 EUR net p/m
Working hrs: 36 hrs p/week rotational between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday

Our client is a leading global service provider with more than 200 sites in 25 countries on three continents and has around 130,000 employees. For their international office near Paris, they are looking for fluent Dutch speakers to join their customer support team.
The Role
In this role you will represent one of the world's largests global car brands. As a Customer Advisor for the Dutch and Belgium market, you will be receiving inbound calls, emails and live chats from existing customers, answering general queries regarding dealerships location, cars, warranties etc and you will also deal with technical queries in relation to the vehicle’s GPS, Bluetooth and smartphone connection. Besides this, you will handle complaints, take ownership of the issue and solve them in a timely manner.

Requirements
The successful candidate should:
- Be fluent in Dutch and English
- Has previous customer service experience
- Is organized and has flexible attitude
- Has an interest in cars (desired, not a must)
- Be in Paris already or is able to relocate on their own as no relocation package is offered
