What You Will Do:

• Provide Finnish-speaking customer support to clients via phone, chat, and email
• Ensure a positive brand image in every interaction
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve a variety of issues with a positive attitude
• Investigate and troubleshoot errors and issues
• Occasionally perform upselling to offer additional services/products to customers

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent Finnish and strong English skills (written and spoken)
• Passion for customer service
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate abroad
